ResearchDen is an AI and ML focused research community for first-time and seasoned researchers alike, helping members publish in peer-reviewed conferences and journals and explore new opportunities through mentorship, collaboration, and a culture of accountability.
Talent is everywhere. Mentorship is not.
Plenty of people have the ability to do real research but lack a structured path, an experienced reviewer, and a community that holds them accountable. ResearchDen exists to close that gap, and to make publishing achievable, whether it is your first paper or your next.
ResearchDen is an unincorporated volunteer research community. It is not a company and has no legal entity, revenue, fees, or funding. No participant, including the founder, receives compensation, equity, or any benefit in exchange for participation. All roles are voluntary and unpaid. Read the Participation Policy.

Building, publishing, and writing run in parallel here. Start with whichever fits your time and experience; members often move between them.
Collaborative projects
Build technical projects that are genuinely useful to people outside the lab, and sharpen your engineering along the way. Open-source by default, run in small teams, with code review from mentors and peers.
Research publication
Take a question all the way to a peer-reviewed venue, with a mentor on the manuscript. Three routes, below.
Blog writing
Technical and research writing for the den's blog: paper walkthroughs, engineering notes, and lessons from your own projects. Every draft gets an editorial pass before it goes out under your name.
Dataset & benchmark work
Curate, annotate, and release a dataset or evaluation benchmark for a task that does not have one: low-resource languages, domain corpora, multimodal collections. Resource and data papers have their own tracks at major venues.
Technical paper
Implementation is the main thing: a method, a system, or an empirical study carried by experiments, ablations, and reproducible code.
Review / survey paper
Read widely across a fast-moving area, organize the literature into a taxonomy that holds up, and state plainly what is settled and what is still open.
